The Sku provided is showing an error in the front end, what’s the issue?


It sounds like the issue with the SKU on the front end could be related to either of the following:

  1. Missing Price: The SKU might not have a price associated with it, causing an error when displaying the product.
  2. Not Published: The SKU might not be published, which means it won’t appear correctly on the front end.

please reach out to the merchandising team to confirm whether the SKU has been assigned a price and if it has been properly published.

When should I remove the white background from an artwork?


In both apparel and promotional items, you should typically remove the white background unless it’s a part of the design.

Can we apply the brilliant finish on real Images?


It’s better to avoid applying brilliant finish to real photos, complex artwork such as real photos could produce unexpected results instead vector designs with flat colors are easier to handle

How can I decide if an element in the artwork is low?


To decide if an element in the artwork has low resolution or quality

download the proof and check the resolution in illustrator or photoshop

I can not find the SO sku provided in the backend, What’s the issue?


 

The issue seems to be that the SKU you’re looking for is not available in the backend because the SO  team has not yet processed or created it. The suggested response is to leave a note explaining that a case needs to be opened so that the SO team can work on creating or activating the SKU.

Do we apply the brilliant finish on all the design?


The effect must not exceed 75% of the entire surface of the card to avoid any risk of rejection or unwanted deformations

Can I use an alternative Sku for an unavalable Product?


yes but it would be better if it’s the partner who choose the alternative product they would like to add.
